6. Liability
While we strive to handle your belongings with care, Barnet Man with Van is not liable for any damage or loss unless it is proven to be due to our negligence. Clients are encouraged to purchase additional insurance if required.
6.1 Insurance
We offer various insurance options to cover your items during the move. Please discuss these options during the booking process to ensure adequate coverage.
7. Changes to Services
Any modifications to the agreed services must be communicated and approved by both parties in writing. Additional charges may apply for changes requested after the booking has been confirmed.
8. Force Majeure
Barnet Man with Van is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
